Shipping

Your items are made to order. We will ship your order sooner if we have your order in stock. We can ship throughout Canada and mainland United States. We pack your glass with great care including extra packing materials and limiting the number of items in one box to ensure safe delivery. While we expect careful handling by the carrier while your package is en route to you, sometimes damage will occur.

If There is Damage

If your package arrives damaged, we ask that you keep the original packing material and notify us within 7 business days of the package’s receipt. It is immensely helpful if you take a picture of both the package and the damaged glass, and another of the shipping label, and send to us by email as quickly as possible. We will replace or refund the purchase price of broken items if you report that to us within 7 business days.  There is no need to return any items that may have been damaged.
